We design and install the following technologies:

Photovoltaics (PV) systems use the suns energy to create electricity to power the appliances throughout your building. Systems can be sized to suit your needs in order to lower your electricity bills and supply your premises with clean green electricity.

Solar Water Heating systems use the suns energy to heat water for your building. These systems can produce between 60-70% of a households hot water requirements even in cloudy Northern Ireland. Thus lowering your usage of oil, gas or electricity and negating the Carbon Dioxide these fuels sources create.

Wind Turbines:

Small scale: Horizon distributes and installs PROVEN wind turbines. These are highly robust reliable machines well suited to the blustery winds prevalent in Northern Ireland. Proven Turbines range from 2.5 kw to 15 kw in size.

Large Scale: Horizon distributes and installs WES (Wind Energy Services) turbines. These come in two sizes - 80 or 250 kw. These are ideally suited for sites with high on site demand such as leisure centres, manufacturers, processing plants etc.
Horizon can conduct site assessments, provide economical feasibility studies, monitor wind speeds and assist with planning. Interest free loans are available for some sectors.
